We offer a pick up and drop off service within 10 miles of the SY1 postcode for £10 each way. We have twin axle trailer with a 6ft drop tail and winch. This means we can easily board your ride on mowers, running or not, as well as all other types of machinery. We can travel further, however we would ask that you call for a quote.
Alternatively, you are more than welcome to drop off at our unit on Wem Business Park (please see the contact us page for details on how to find us).
Another option should both of the above not be realistic, is to send your machinery to us via courier. Whilst this may not be cost efficient for things like mowers & mixers, etc, we do this regularly for smaller 2 stroke machinery such as chainsaws and cut off saws, for example.
We can typically diagnose most issues within 30 minutes. We provide this service completely FOC. However, should the issue be complex, and not so straight forward, once that half hour is passed, we charge our standard rate of £35/ph. We will notify you about this via email or telephone to ensure you’re kept in the loop.
Once we’re confident in our diagnoses, we will either call you to discuss, or send you an estimate via email for you to either accept, or decline. There is absolutely no obligation to proceed at this point, however any costs incurred outside of the free 30 minutes for diagnoses and pick up / drop off will be due.
Once we’ve received confirmation that you’re happy to proceed either via email, phone or text, we’ll issue an invoice which is due upon receipt.
Please note – No parts will be ordered, or repair work undertaken until payment has been received.
We have different payment terms for our trade customers, please contact us should you be a business looking to use us for repairs and routine servicing of your equipment.
Once payment has been received, we then order any parts needed, and get the work scheduled in. We will notify you of when this will be via email, text or telephone. Naturally, some jobs do take longer than we anticipate, meaning the date we provision, isn’t a definitive date, and is subject to change.
Once your machinery is ready for collection, we’ll ensure you’re notified and we can either arrange for you to collect, or for us to deliver back to you.
