Pick-up & Drop-off Service

We offer a pick-up & drop-off service for Shrewsbury, Shropshire and the surrounding areas. If you’re machine doesn’t run, don’t worry, as we have a specially adapted trailer with winch to hall up heavy machinery to bring back to our fully equipped workshop for diagnoses, servicing and repairs.

On-site Repairs

As a general rule, we always like to bring machinery back to our workshop for repair. This is because we have all of the relevant diagnostic and lifting equipment here to carry out any repair work safely and in a timely manner. If however, it is not practical to move said machinery, for example, it’s a simple routine service, or, the machinery is simply too big or heavy to move, then we would look to carry out these works on-site at a time that suits you. Each site visit is chargeable, however, we’re very fair on our pricing for this.

Customer Drop-off & Pick-up

If you have a means of dropping your machinery off yourself, then you’re always welcome to do so. You do not need to contact us prior, as there’s always someone on-site to take delivery. We would like to stress however, that lifting even a small rotary or cylinder mower for example, will require two people to lift it into a boot of your car. Handles typically collapse to aid in transporting. We will help lift it out this end.

Courier Service

If you’d like to send us your small machinery via courier, we can arrange this via a courier service. However, you must ensure no oil, or fuel or any other fluid is in the machine, including gas canisters. This service is typically used for Paslode Guns, chainsaws, leaf blowers, and all other small 2-stroke machinery.
